📦 Shipping & Delivery Information

At Suki Market, we want every part of your experience to be easy, reliable, and stress-free — including how your order gets to you. Below you'll find clear information about our delivery options, terms, and policies to help you choose the best method for your needs and avoid any extra charges.

🚚 Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping offers fair, WEIGHT- BASED  rates calculated at checkout. Your order will be carefully packed and promptly dispatched.

🚛 DHL Parcel Delivery – Across Sweden

We ship nationwide with DHL Parcel, delivering to your nearest DHL Service Point.

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

  • For orders over 2,500 SEK, shipping is free up to a weight limit of 20 kg. If the order weighs more than 20 kg or requires additional packaging, a shipping fee  will be added per extra box (with a weight max limit of 20 kg per box). This promo will begin November 1 2025.

Please collect your parcel promptly to avoid extra fees. If your package is returned to us:

  • A 300 SEK handling and return shipping fee will be charged.

  • Damaged goods due to unclaimed packages may be charged at full value.

  • Re-delivery is available for a fee of 149 SEK, or more depending on the delivery scope.

❗ Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is not collected in time and is returned to Suki Market:

  • We reserve the right to charge for any damaged or spoiled products.

  • Additional shipping and handling fees will also apply.

  • If a new delivery is requested, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

Complimentary Doorstep Delivery – Within 10 km!

If you're located within 10 kilometre of our store, you're in luck! We offer free delivery on all orders of 1600 SEK or more. 

It's our way of making shopping with us even easier—perfect for when you're short on time or simply prefer the convenience of home delivery.

Deliveries are made between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, so you can plan your day without the stress. We’ll make sure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition, right to your doorstep.

🛍️ Store Pick-Up

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Just choose store pick-up at checkout.

We’ll have your items ready within 2 hours, and you’ll get a notification as soon as they’re packed and set to go.

A small fee of 5 SEK applies for packaging and handling.

⏳ Weekend Shipping Note

Please note: Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. 

This helps us protect the quality of temperature-sensitive items, especially frozen products.

❄️ Frozen Product Shipping Terms

We do offer shipping for frozen products; however, please note that we cannot take responsibility if items arrive partially thawed or damaged during transit.

That said, based on our experience, frozen items can usually be shipped successfully — and we always take great care in packing them securely to help preserve their quality. “Frozen products require thermal packaging. A fee of 35 kr will be added automatically to your delivery.”

The decision to order frozen products for delivery is entirely up to you.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that your frozen goods are well-packaged and insulated, shipping conditions can vary. We encourage customers to be aware of the associated risks. Please track your order and collect it as soon as possible upon delivery. If you are unable to track your order, please contact us immediately.
