Orders
Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email. This includes product details, prices, billing information, and your delivery address.

Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Note: Orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

Frozen Product Shipping Terms
❄️ Time- and Temperature-Sensitive Items
Frozen goods are highly sensitive to time and temperature. While we do offer shipping for frozen items, please be aware that ordering frozen products is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Suki Market does not accept liability for any spoilage or thawing that may occur during delivery.By placing an order for frozen goods, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

📦 Delivery & Pickup Responsibility
Frozen items are shipped to a pickup point (postal agent) near the address you provide at checkout.
You will be notified by SMS or email once your package is ready for collection.
It is your responsibility to track the order and collect it immediately, preferably on the same day you receive the notification.
Delays in pickup may result in thawing or spoilage, for which Suki Market is not liable.
Prices
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include 12% or 25 % ( for non food ) VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typographical errors, or technical issues.
Return Policy
Under the Swedish Distance Selling Act (SFS 2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh or frozen items)
Newspapers or magazines
Products sealed for hygiene reasons if unsealed
Custom-made or personalized goods

You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your cost, and products must be well-packaged and in original condition.
We reserve the right to deduct value if the product shows signs of use or damage.

Complaints and Claims
All products are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.
Do not return defective products without contacting us first.

If we cannot replace the item, you will receive a refund. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We are not liable for indirect damages caused by products.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by events beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or supplier issues.
We also disclaim responsibility for manufacturer product changes.

Product images may differ slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or resolution. We aim to present items as accurately as possible.
